A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering with the remaining balance due 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up. If the final payment is not received 72 hours before your event, your order will be canceled, and your initial deposit will be retained by Balloon Addiction.
To ensure the top-notch quality of our balloons, we operate with a limited inventory and procure balloons when customers place their orders. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery or pick-up will incur a full payment charge. If you need to cancel an order with a scheduled delivery/pick-up date more than 7 days in advance, we are happy to apply your initial deposit to orders completed within the next 90 days. However, any other funds collected will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
Orders may be placed for pick-up, front-door delivery, or delivery with installation.
There are no fees for orders that are picked up at our central Sioux Falls location. Items eligible for pick-up include garlands that are 6′ or less, tabletop decor, columns, and balloon marquees. Items that are being picked up will be bagged and ready for you to transport. If your vehicle is not large enough to transport your inflated and assembled balloons, delivery will be required. Designs will not be unassembled for transport.
We offer front-door delivery for orders of $50 or more. Your order will be delivered directly to your location, ensuring the safe placement of your balloons in a secure spot. Delivery fees are $15 within Sioux Falls, and $20 for addresses in Brandon, Harrisburg, and Tea.
Apart from the delivery fee, additional installation fees will be applied to orders that require extra setup or installation. These installation fees start at $15 and may vary based on the specific setup needs. The exact installation fees will be determined and communicated at the time of placing your order.
Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly. Your event is not finalized and your dates are not guaranteed until we receive the required deposit.
