Our Balloons
At Balloon Addiction, we work exclusively with professional-grade balloons and high-quality materials to ensure the best results. All of our designs are air-filled, and we do not provide helium balloon options.
Balloon longevity can vary based on several factors, including temperature, humidity, and the surface they touch. Extreme heat or cold can weaken balloons, so it’s important to discuss your setup location at the time of ordering to help maximize durability. While we use the highest-quality products, balloons may still pop or deflate unexpectedly. We will replace anything that deflates during delivery and installation, but we cannot guarantee longevity once the balloons have been delivered or picked up.
For the best results, keep balloons away from pets, children, and direct sunlight, and avoid adjusting any installations after they are set up. To maintain our quality standards, we use only professional-grade balloons and do not use balloons provided by customers.
